Four Sigmatic states 50mg per serving for its instant coffees and about 75–190mg for its ground coffees, per its own help center. Brewlune prints a fixed figure on each blend: 0mg added (Last Light), 40mg (Glassy), 48mg (Dawn Patrol), and 95mg (Point Break) — four levels instead of one, chosen at the shelf.

+Does RYZE say whether its mushrooms are fruiting body or mycelium?

Not on the page we checked. RYZE names its six-species Super6 blend and states about 48mg of caffeine, but neither “fruiting body” nor “mycelium” appears there. Four Sigmatic and Everyday Dose both state fruiting-body extracts; Brewlune's four blends are fruiting-body only, with the supplier named on the sourcing page.
