How much caffeine is in mushroom coffee?

Among the brands compared on this page, disclosed caffeine runs from 0mg to 95mg per serving. Brewlune's four blends span that full range — 0mg added (Last Light) to 95mg (Point Break) — while Everyday Dose states 45mg mild and 90mg medium roast, RYZE about 48mg, and Four Sigmatic 50mg for instants, with its ground coffees higher at about 75–190mg per its help center.

Usually, but not always. A standard 8oz cup of drip coffee is about 95mg, the low end of the 95–200mg range NIH MedlinePlus publishes. Most of the instant mushroom coffees compared here land at 40–50mg, about half a cup. The exceptions are the darker-roast options — Everyday Dose medium roast at 90mg, RYZE dark roast at 80–90mg — and Brewlune Point Break at 95mg, which match a drip cup, plus Four Sigmatic's ground coffees at about 75–190mg per its help center, which can exceed it. Brewlune Last Light adds none.
